We are pioneers in the Hot Yoga tradition.
We are devoted to teaching the 26 classic Hot Yoga postures that were created by Bishnu Ghosh and passed down to Bikram Choudhury. This sequence is the core of our class schedule. It offers our students a safe environment to heal, strengthen, challenge, and restore their bodies, hearts, and minds.
Prepare for class:
Drink plenty of water before class. Come to class on an empty stomach.
Bring a yoga mat, a beach towel, and water. (Mat and towels available for rent/purchase at the studio.) Be sure to wear comfortable athletic clothing, and expect to sweat a LOT!
New students are welcome in all classes, but you must arrive 15 minutes early.
